We recently hired UrBuilder Inc. to remodel our kitchen and bathroom, and we could not be happier with the results. From our very first consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire team was exceptional

Building a legal basement from scratch involves a lot of moving parts (like concrete cutting for the side entrance, ESA approved electrical work and underground plumbing), but Ur Builder Inc. provided a detailed, line-item contract. There were no surprise fees, and the project wrapped up right on budget.

The UrBuilder team brought in their licensed architectural designer on day one to measure our ceiling heights and check our property line setbacks for the separate side entrance. They handled the entire submission to the city and didn't start swinging hammers until the building permit was physically posted in our window.
